The attorneys at Peter Higgins Law recently obtained a confidential settlement of a case for a client who was injured while operating a track machine for a railroad in Pennsylvania. Our client was thrown off the track machine he was operating when another machine came loose and slammed into his machine. He sustained injuries to his low back and buttocks, but was eventually able to return to work after completing five months of physical therapy and spinal injections.
